YouTuber Grant Thompson from "The King of Random" channel posted a video
A few weeks ago,
pouring liquid nitrogen into a balloon. He's
back again but with a much bigger balloon.
When the liquid nitrogen is introduced to a comparatively higher temperature, it expands and
"boils", causing the balloon to inflate.
At the same time, the cool temperatures also make the thin plastic balloon very brittle.
If you are messing around with liquid nitrogen,
it's recommended you wear eye protection and
know what the heck you are doing!
